Returns and Replacements

Please note we cannot accept returned e-liquids that have been unsealed for hygiene reasons.


Damaged in post: If you receive your item damaged please contact us within 7 days of receipt stating your name and order number. We will arrange a replacement to be sent. We may require original to be returned first, for which we will reimburse your postage cost up to a certain value which will be agreed at the time.


Faulty Items: If your item becomes faulty with 90 days we will provide a repair or replacement. We reserve the right to inspect the product and verify nature of fault. We will ask that the item be returned for inspection. We will reimburse return postage costs as long as fault is genuine and not caused by accident, neglect, or misuse.


Refunds: We will provide a refund for items returned within 14 days unopened and in saleable condition. Please contact us if you wish to return an item for refund.
